Find us on Trafalgar Street in London, packed with returns and overstock from world brands. Saturday is our $25 prime day, then prices fall every day down to $1. Every week is a fresh treasure hunt.
Good to know
How does the pricing work?
Every item costs the same price on a given day, and that price drops a little every day. The week starts high on the prime day and steps down to $1. We price by the day, not the item, no matter what the retail tag says.
When do you get new stock?
A fresh truckload of thousands of items lands every week, and we keep topping up the bins through the weekend. The prime day (the $25 day) is when the bins are fullest, so come early for the best digging.
Is it all brand new, or returns?
Mostly brand-new items, with some returns and a few gently used. The mix changes every single week, which is half the fun.
Why is everything just dumped in the bins?
On purpose. We tip the truck straight into the bins and leave it for you to dig through. Sorting it would defeat the whole treasure hunt, so yes, it is meant to be a little wild.
Some items are not worth today's price. Why?
That is exactly why the price drops every day, all the way down to $1. Whatever does not sell today rolls into tomorrow for less. There is no promise it will still be there, so if you love it, grab it.
Can I return or exchange something?
All sales are final. The prices are already rock bottom, so we cannot do returns or exchanges. Give your item a try at the testing station before you buy.
Can I hold an item for later?
Sorry, no holds. It is first come, first served. Once it is in your hands at the till, it is yours.
Can I open the boxes myself?
Please do not tear boxes open. Just ask a staff member and we are happy to open one for you. Anyone caught ripping boxes will be asked to leave.
What payment methods do you take?
All the usual ones: cash, debit, and credit.
Why do you close early the day before the prime day?
We close at 4pm that day so we can clear out the bins and load in the fresh shipment. We reopen the next morning packed with new finds.
