Your email address when you sign up for updates. When you place an order, we also collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the details of your order.
To open and ship your orders, to send you order and account emails such as confirmations and password resets, and to help you with support. If you signed up for it, we also send deal and restock emails. We send marketing email only with your consent, in line with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Only the services that run the store: Stripe for payments (we never see or store your full card number), Brevo for sending email, and Cloudflare and our hosting provider for the website and email infrastructure. We never sell your information.
We use only the cookies needed to run your cart and your account.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email anytime. You can also ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA). Just email hello@krazybinz.com.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to run your orders and meet our legal obligations, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
